NACHI Chicago is the Chicagoland chapter of the InterNational Association of Certified Home inspectors and is an organization of Illinois licensed and certified home inspectors in Chicago and the suburbs. Our home inspectors provide home inspection consulting services to clients in counties of Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Lake and McHenry.
We are an Illinois licensed continuing educational provider for all Illinois home inspectors. These classes are open to all who wish to attend. Additional educational opportunities are available through general chapter meetings with guest speakers and various home and real estate shows.

CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION
State required mandatory Sexual Harassment.
This is a required class for your license.
Compliance with continuing education requirements is the responsibility of the home inspector and/or entity.

Please note: It is recommended that a minimum 6 hours of Continuing Education Courses be taken each year during the two-year cycle for a minimum total of 12 hours, of which at least 6 hours must be mandatory CE courses. Proctoring for the first year needs to be completed no later than the November meeting. Proctoring for the second year needs to completed no later than the October meeting.
Proctoring is currently NOT available. Please note: ALL InterNachi online CE Courses MUST BE proctored for Illinois CE Credit.

Important: You must be an InterNACHI Member to Join NACHI Chicagoland. Membership fee for next year is due by the end of January. The website will be updated in February and names or company names of members with outstanding fees will not appear on the web site until paid. Members who have not paid their annual dues and who have not attended the meetings as required will have their link removed from the NACHI Chicagoland website.
