Electrical Home Inspection Checklist

This is a survey course designed to examine and explain all the systems, components and items inspection points of the electrical portion of a home inspection.  The course covers electrical terminology, inspection points and shows common defects found at each inspection point.  These inspection points will also be examined as they apply to the different types of property being inspected (i.e., condominium, townhouse, new construction, older house, larger house and some light commercial).

6 hours of Illinois State CE, 6 hours of InterNACHI CE

A comprehensive course on residential home structure and the inspection there of, for Home Inspectors.  The course covers the areas of:

.        Foundation walls

·        Structural walls

·        Wood framing

·        Brick structure

·        CMU block structure

·        Beams, Columns and Posts

·        Joists

·        Roof structure
